Using windegos as an example, they do seem to have a physical form despite being evil spirits. However, I don't know if windegos can procreate sexually, if they need to at all (edited)

Wendigos don't have a physical form if I recall? They are possessing spirits that drive people to cannibalism. Their bodies are human, though quite undead-like.

Then again, my knowledge on windegos is limited to the movie Antlers and what Gray read on Wikipedia. (edited)

I think it depends on your definition of what a Wendigo entails. If it’s only the spirit that possesses the person to drive them to cannibalism then no it can’t sexually procreate, but if you include the actual person that became possessed then yes it can technically procreate sexually, however I don’t think the offspring would also be a wendigo and I can’t see a situation where it would willingly be apart of any sexual activity so it’s unlikely for that to happen.

Also like Nature’s wrath said it depends on the mythos and the spirit. Doesn’t even necessarily need to have a physical form to classify as being pregnant since spirits don’t really have to follow the same definitions of what classifies as pregnancy as people do

one of the most important skills to learn in life is knowing how much time particular person is worth, before you commit 30minutes to someone it’s good to test if they deserve a minute first
